Microtricity: the easy way to earn money with the Feed-in Tariff
Microtricity is our service that allows you to earn money for the green energy you export to the grid through the government鈥檚 Feed-in Tariff (FIT) scheme.
The FIT scheme was closed for new joiners by the government in 2019. If you鈥檙e already on the scheme with another energy company, you can switch to Microtricity and we'll handle all your admin for easy, hassle-free payments.
If you鈥檙e not on the FIT scheme and want to earn money for the energy you generate, you can join our Smart Export Tariff from 1 August 2025.
