Dear Kristin,
As we have now had time to relax, and reflect on our reception, Diana and I would again like to express our extreme gratitude for your hard work in making it such a great success. Since the party, we have had several emails, phone calls and letters all with the same comment: It was one of the nicest receptions anyone had attended. From the choice of music, to the caterer, to the creative and elegant use of our backyard for the reception, we could not have hoped for anything better. When we began planning for the reception, we were advised by several friends that a coordinator was a great help. They were wrong – you were essential! Diana was especially impressed with your ability to take her vision and bring it to fruition, to the point of exceeding her own initial ideas. Despite our being in another country during the planning phases, we never had worries about contacting you. You were always available for discussing options and offering advice, whether by email or cell phone. We were particularly appreciative of your adaptability to our changing needs. When we saw our budget rising, you were very helpful in finding areas in which we could shave dollars, without sacrificing any of the elegance. Additionally, your presence throughout the reception itself made us comfortable that all details were being handled. Despite warnings from other couples, we were actually able to enjoy our own reception!

Aside from your experience and contacts in planning receptions, your own creativity and artistic vision are among your great assets. From the very start, we were receiving compliments about your work. The invitations were uniformly mentioned by our friends as being very elegant and quite unique – again, one of the nicest invitations anyone had received. During the party, the use of the cheese and fruit appetizers as centerpieces, the idea of a fire-pit lounge area, and tacking the seating cards to a tree near the tent were all noticed by our guests. We were also particularly impressed with the last-minute decoration of the tent with fabric drapes and a chandelier – which came from an off-hand question from Diana about covering the tent posts.

Since we have exhausted all superlatives, we will simply say “Thank you,” for a wonderful reception, and offer our use as a reference for you at any time.

Most Sincerely,
Diana & Carl-Christian

Hi Kristin,
We're getting calls and notes (daily!) from family and friends who were truly blown away by our "extraordinarily beautiful" and "perfectly managed" wedding day - those are direct quotes! We actually had one guest send US a thank-you note!
It's hard to believe that just ten months ago, we sat down with Dana's very vague notion of a "white wedding" with "fun elegance" at the Nassau Inn ...and you just immediately understood, and then orchestrated something so magnificent ... the overall design, the chairs and centerpieces, the orchids and the pinspotted lighting, the linens and the chargers, the programs and the gold-leaf menus, the monogram and the chair covers, the heartstoppingly gorgeous card table that transformed into a dramatically sweet dessert table ... the mother-of-pearl capiz shells dancing with light ... the way you worked with the Nassau Inn to get the patio opened for cocktail hour when that January day dawned a shockingly sunny 70 degrees ... we could go on and on ...And you did it all while we worked 12-hour-days and focused on building a new life together ... as bringing this vision to life was something we couldn't have done ourselves. We had neither the contacts and connections, nor the time, nor the patience. We wanted a pro, and we found one. You had it all and you made it perfect ... "details of I do" and you had them DONE!!! And through it all you remained so much fun and so professional - we looked forward to every meeting. Dana's mother's new wedding motto is "Never have a wedding without a Kristin ..." She watched in awe as the day unfolded so brilliantly. If anything went wrong that day, we didn't know about it. Even a month later, I haven't heard about anything! J

We thank you, deeply, for making the cliché of "your wedding day is the best day of your life" come amazingly true - and we will wholeheartedly recommend you to other Princetonians who come back to Old Nassau to marry ...

Dear Kristin,
Shaun and I would like to thank you for thoughtful and conscientious management of our wedding. You have worked tirelessly on our behalves, as a negotiator, intermediary and facilitator, and have allowed us to enjoy this special time in our lives. From our initial meeting you have shown that you are a true professional who leaves no stone unturned guarantying the couple the truly customized wedding of their (our) dreams. The venue, (thanks to your personal creativity) is being made stunning! Almost single-handedly you’ve turned the Nassau Inn into the stuff dreams are made of. Dark reds and gold have taken on new meaning when combined with beautiful chairs and the soft luminanescence of covered velvet and silk candles, paired with gorgeous deep red flowers. I won’t forget the moment we entered the room, a true explosion of vibrancy and colors. Exactly what I had asked for!

So how ese are we to offer our highest praise Kristin? Well, we both promise to do whatever we can to recommend “Details of I Do” to anybody considering the need for extraordinary creativity, listening and organizational skills when looking to make their special day come to life. You’ve done exactly what your name suggests and paid attention to every detail!! We are still receiving compliments on our gorgeous invitations still. Shaun and I have no doubt that our wedding day thanks to you and your wonderful staff will be more than we ever could have imagined.

Best regards,
Avery

Thanks for everything. The wedding was amazing and you were a big part of that. Kyle and I were blown away by all the little details you had put together. The stationary, the table settings, the flowers...it was all amazing. Thank you so much for all your hard work, words can not say enough. You and Doug Rock!!!!
Thanks Again - Erika and Kyle

Hi Kristin,
As a mother of the bride, twice, I have to say thank you for doing all the work for Erika that I had to do for Becki's wedding. It was such a pleasure to sit back and enjoy my eldest daughter's wedding. You did an awesome job. It was undoubtedly the best wedding I've ever attended and it was doublly great because it was Erika's. Phyllis - Mother of the Bride
