Our Service guides Brides on how to get started and what to expect throughout the planning process for every last detail including timeline and budget planning as well as vendor recommendations. When the wedding day arrives we are on site to oversee every detail and make sure all of your plans are being carried out and running on schedule! Below is an outline of exactly what you can expect.


Wedding Consulting

• Budget Analysis and Prioritization 
We will guide you in breaking down your budget with realistic costs based on your priorities.

• Vendor Recommendations
We will provide you with a list of our recommended vendors and review which ones would be the best fit for you and why.

• Advice on what to look for in your wedding vendors, what questions to ask and key points to review with your core vendors prior to the event.

• Timeline Planning
Guidance on how your wedding day, ceremony and reception should run and how much time to allot for each aspect of the day.

• Unlimited Phone and Email Consultation
We are happy to answer any questions you have along the way and provide you with advice.

Event Details Meeting (10 days prior to your event)
At your Final Details meeting we will review the following: • Vendor Contact List
• Vendor Details and Responsibilities
• Wedding Day Timeline
• Bridal Party and Ceremony Details
• Venue Floor plan and Set Up Instructions
• Coordinator Will Review Timeline and Vendor Details with each vendor.
Wedding Rehearsal
(Rehearsals are scheduled for Thursday evenings, Friday and Saturday Rehearsal subject to availability)

• Coordination of Wedding Ceremony and Rehearsal by Details of I Do Coordinator

Wedding Day (Includes one Head Planner and one Assistant Planner)
    • Coordination of Wedding Day by Details of I Do Coordinator (10 hours).
On the day of your event your planner is on hand to oversee all schedules, timelines, vendor responsibilities and logistics.


Floral and Event Design Services
Details of I Do is a full service Floral and Event Design company and we are happy to aid you in planning the perfect décor for your event. In your floral consultation we will review your needs and ideas in any of the following areas:

  • Centerpieces
  • Bouquets
  • Additional Floral Arrangement
  • Ceremony Décor
  • Rentals ( chairs, overlays, etc…)
  • Specialty Rentals
  • Lighting
  • Table Top Design
  • Space Planning and Floor Plan Layout

The Design Process

Floral Consultation

  • At your initial Floral Consultation we will review your ideas, concepts and the color palette you have in mind for your event. By reviewing inspiration photos, fabric swatches and flower options we will begin the creative process of bringing your vision to life.

Proposal Review Meeting

  • Following your Floral Consultation we will create a customized décor proposal based on the ideas discussed. At the Proposal Review Meeting we will review the itemized proposal based on all the elements we have designed for your
    event as well as present a wedding mood board that will represent the theme, colors and concepts of your décor.
  • A site evaluation will be conducted as necessary for locations where we have not yet done an event.
  • On the day of your event our design team is on hand to set up, execute and oversee all décor
    ordered through Details of I Do.
  • All décor purchased for your event is yours to keep unless otherwise stated on your décor proposal
Wedding Stationery Design
Details of I Do offers Brides custom designed wedding stationery to compliment their wedding theme and décor, including: Save the Dates, Invitations, Thank You Cards, Programs, Menus, Place Cards, Table Numbers and Wedding Signage.

The Design Process
  • Concept Meeting
    At our concept meeting we will review your stationery needs, wedding theme and color concepts as w
    ell as review possible design options and layouts.
  • Stationery Review:
    2 – 3 Design Options will be sent to client via a PDF file
    Upon approval of Design and Text, a full sample will be mailed to client for final approval.
  • Production
    Once the final pieces are approved your custom designed stationery will go into production.
    Allow 8 – 12 Weeks for Wedding Invitations
    Allow 4 – 6  Weeks for all other pieces.
    Allow 10 days for Place Cards.
